Discover how to create beautiful paintings using the brilliant medium of soft pastels!  This beginner class is designed for students with limited or no prior experience with pastels.  Students will explore various types of surfaces and mark making.  You will be introduced to different underpainting techniques as a foundation for a strong painting.  There will be demonstrations and plenty of individual instruction time.
