FLORIDA LIFE
Theme: Artwork should reflect personal perspective of life in Florida, whether coastal or inland, urban environments or in the natural world. This theme is intended to be inclusive and open to artists' interpretation.

Receiving: Monday, May 5, 2025, from 12 noon to 3 p.m.
Reception: Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 5 pm to 6:30 p.m.
Removal: Monday, May 22, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Eligibility: This is a CCAL Member Show. This show is open to CCAL members only. The Show Chair will determine if artwork meets fine art criteria and is accepted. Exhibiting artists must show current membership card at receiving.

#44, Gayle McGrath FISHY, Mixed Media Judge’s Comment: “The detail and intricacy of the execution combined with the thoughtful selection of colors, made this small piece stand out among a large group of excellent work."
#54, Jack Collins GARDEN OF MEDALS, Acrylics Judge’s Comment: “Caught my eye immediately! Excellent choice of colors complimented by a beautiful abstract background that creates illusion of depth forcing the focal points forward."
#68, Jasmine Martinson PURPLE PASSION, Mixed Media Judge’s Comment: “Choice of color wheel complimentary colors applied to a very difficult subject. Captivating facial expression."
#17, Beth Blewett SEADOGS' GEAR, Acrylic Judge’s Comment: “Limited palette of colors expertly used to demonstrate depth, value and detail."
#2, Sharon Gajajiva SUNRISE MORNING GLORIES, Sculpture Judge’s Comment: “Nice surprise to see ceramic medium in the show. Both pieces submitted by the artist are well done and worthy of Honorable Mention."
